We are looking for someone to help lead our digital/social marketing interactions.  You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients and potential clients through the use of email campaigns, social platforms, advertising, and the web site.  This will include the day-to-day design and execution of communications programs, such as marketing automation campaigns, blog posts, SEO and white papers. Familiarity with contact management systems, sales tools, basic HTML, and various social platforms required.    Must have excellent written communication skills.

Client-Facing Support Consultant

In this role, your principal responsibility will be to provide hands-on support and training to existing clients. You will need to be technically savvy so that you can understand and advise clients on their systems/processes. We are looking for someone with 2+ years prior customer-facing experience and a background in web technologies, i.e., HTML, XML, ASP, JavaScript. Excellent verbal, writing, and organizational skills required.

You will participate in customer and development projects. Our environment is flexible and creative, and we encourage our technical staff to grow professionally and offer many opportunities for additional training.  Requirements:

  • 2+ years database development experience
  • Familiarity with: Windows technology, HTML, XML, ASP, JavaScript, Database Connectivity (ODBC/ADO), OLEDB, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2015
  • Ability to work as a team member and to meet deadlines.
