Every organization is different and has its own requirements and needs. Basic elements of the MindMatter’s Training Program will be consistent throughout each organization, and other aspects will be customized to meet your specific goals and objectives.
Depending on the MindMatters’ offered solution and the size and requirements of the organization, MindMatters will conduct training sessions for administrators, managers, end-users and others. These training sessions will take place on-site, via web-hosting, or a combination of both.
We take training very seriously. Proper training along with management support for your innovation program is the key to your success.
End User Training
Every organization is different and has its own requirements and needs. Basic elements of the INNOVATOR User Training Program will be consistent throughout each organization, and other aspects will be customized to meet your specific goals and objectives.
Depending on the size and the requirements of the organization, MindMatters will conduct user training sessions on-site, via web-hosting, or a combination of both.
A typical session will include:
Introduction to your organization’s goals, strategic initiatives, and benefits of the new innovation program. We encourage at least one executive management person to attend each session to communicate this vital information.
Introduction of the new innovation program, the new innovation web portal, the e-learning portal (optional), and logistical elements of getting started.
INNOVATOR Quick Start handouts will be available to each new user in either hard-copy or on-line.
A demonstration of the e-Learning portal — a comprehensive educational resource center designed to provide instant access to all educational, training, and support offerings available to users of the INNOVATOR Enterprise. The e-Learning portal is a customer choice option.
Step-by-step training on the fundamentals of using the INNOVATORsolutions, including idea submission, searching, collaboration, analysis, user profiles, tasks, and other basic functions.
Open two-way question, answer, and feedback sessions to uncover any user questions or concerns.
Review Committee Training
Providing timely feedback on ideas and innovations is an important aspect of maintaining a successful innovation program.
Our experience shows that a “coaching” session for newly formed innovation and patent review committee members creates a faster implementation and integration of INNOVATOR’s powerful review committee features within your organization.
We work with each review committee within your organization to ensure that each member is comfortable with and has a complete understanding all the features, analysis forms, and process workflows designed within INNOVATOR™ Enterprise for their individual review committee.
We work with committee members to reinforce the structure of the idea or patent review process workflow, perform actual reviews on currently docketed innovations, and create the necessary tasks and assignments to continue an innovation’s path toward acceptance.
As part of the continuing implementation process, we provide oversight and guidance on the initial innovation activity and workflow of the committees to ensure that innovations are being processed efficiently and effectively.
It is critical that the people responsible for the administration of our solutions are fully educated on every aspect of your new system.
We encourage all administrators to be involved in all of the end-user, review and patent committee training sessions so they can become intimate with how the systems function from each group’s perspective.
Prior to the start of the end-user and review committee training, the administrators will be trained on all of the administrative operations of the INNOVATOR™ systems.
We then conduct a follow up review session after the completion of the end-user and review committee sessions to cover any questions or information that may have arisen from those sessions.
MindMatters provides on-going training as part of our continual support of your innovation initiatives.
Based on your requirements, on-going training and support is provided for new employees, new management and/or administrators, new review and/or patent committees, new workflows, new incentive programs, new system upgrades, etc…
